Process cards

One of the key reasons that  70%  of change initiatives that fail is poor planning.

The Process Cards outline processes that you may need to go through whilst defining, developing, implementing  and reviewing your change initiatives.

These then link to the Role and Tool Cards where you can identify relevant roles and the tools for the type of approach you may decide take with your change.

Many leaders who don’t engage their staff in the change process find the largest barrier is “how do I do it”.

The difference using the Change Cards makes, is the ability to engage the project, leadership team,  or staff from the beginning or at any stage along the way.
