    I worked for a large organisation who embraces social media, more than any company i’ve worked for. They use it as a marketing tool and have even gone so far as to have a dedicated team for facebook and twitter to respond to customer posts and requests.

    I believe the policy for SM was written internally, and they have no restrictions for staff using SM while at work.

    If anything, the only thing they really needed was to get their people on board more to share the content to their networks as an extension of their marketing efforts.
